Yad Vashem – Righteous Among The Nations
October 23rd, 2009 by Saul Anuzis

A friend of mine visited Israel and brought me back some photos from the “Garden of the Righteous Among the Nations” where my Father & Mother are honored along with my grandparents. Both families were involved in saving Jews from the Holocaust during World War II.

How ’bout some facts? I’d love to learn what exactly your family did during World War II.
That’s quite an impressive legacy, Saul. You can outspend an inheritance, but you can never outspend a legacy of integrity. You should be very proud.
That is truely a great heritage, and you should be proud of your family history. I have a question for you that has been bothering me for quite a while now. I get invitations to attend several GOP functions, all in out of the way places. I am a state employee, and am not able to afford to travel and stay at these places. I am a Republican. I want to make sure that the Party gets every slot it shoots for. Its just that I am not financially
able to spare the money.
Does this make me a bad Republican?
What a Heritage you enjoy. There are not enough citizens that honor their there ancenters.
You have truely something to be proud of–a family legacy for all generations-

The best honors come from “we did it just because”.
Who are your GrandParents P or M , what did they do?
