“MIKE MONSOOR” April 5th, 1981 ~ September 29th, 2006
Mike Monsoor, Was Awarded “The Congressional Medal Of Honor” Last Week,
For Giving His Life In Iraq , As He Jumped On, And Covered With His Body, A Live Hand Grenade, That Was Accidentally Dropped By A Navy Seal, Saving The Lives Of A Large Group Of Navy Seals That Was Passing By!
During Mike Monsoor’s Funeral, At Ft. Rosecrans National Cemetery , In San Diego , California . The Six Pallbearers Removed The Rosewood Casket From The Hearse, And Lined Up On Each Side Of Mike Monsoor’s Casket, Were His Family Members, Friends, Fellow Sailors, And Well-wishers. The Column Of People Continued From The Hearse, All The Way To The Grave Site. What The Group Didn’t Know At The Time Was,Every Navy Seal (45 To Be Exact) That Mike Monsoor Saved That Day Was Scattered Through-Out The Column!
As The Pallbearers Carried The Rosewood Casket Down The Column Of People To The Grave Side. The Column Would Collapse. Which Formed A Group Of People That Followed Behind.
Every Time The Rosewood Casket Passed A Navy Seal, He Would Remove His Gold Trident Pin From His Uniform, And Slap It Down Hard, Causing The Gold Trident Pin To Embed Itself Into The Top Of The Wooden Casket! Then The Navy Seal Would Step Back From The Column, And Salute!
Now For Those, (And Me) Who Don’t Know What A Trident Pin Is, or What It Looks Like? Here Is The Definition And Photo!
After One Completes The Basic Navy Seals Program Which Lasts For Three Weeks, And Is Followed By Seal Qualification Training, Which Is 15 More Weeks Of Training,
Necessary To Continue Improving Basic Skills And To Learn New Tactics And Techniques, Required For An Assignment To A Navy Seal Platoon. After successful completion, Trainees Are Given Their Naval Enlisted Code, And Are Awarded The Navy Seal Trident Pin.
With This Gold Pin They Are Now Officially Navy Seal’s!
It Was Said, That You Could Hear Each Of The 45 Slaps From Across The Cemetery!
By The Time The Rosewood Casket Reached The Grave Site, It Looked As Though It Had A Gold Inlay From The 45 Trident Pins That Lined The Top!
This Was A Fitting End To An Eternal Send-Off For A Warrior Hero! This Should Be Front-Page News! Instead Of The Garbage We Listen To And See Every Day.
Here’s A Good Idea!
Since The Main Stream Media Won’t Make This News.

Here is a great tool to analyze how America’s Representative voted on the Pelosi Health Care bill. There are many other interesting links and information here.

Democrats’ Health Care Taxes Threaten Millions More American Jobs Even as Unemployment Soars to 10.2 Percent
$154 Billion Tax on Small Businesses. The bill would impose a 5.4 percent “surtax” on the modified adjusted gross income of individuals – including many small employers who file as individuals. According to the Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT), one-third of this tax increase (about $154 billion) would fall on the income of small businesses – making it harder for them to meet payroll and avoid layoffs. Worse yet, the income thresholds for this tax are not indexed for inflation, meaning each year it will ensnare more and more families and businesses.
Payroll Tax Penalty to Hit a Majority of Small Businesses and Their Employees. Under the House Democrats’ bill, employers who fail to provide coverage that is deemed “acceptable” by the new Health Choices Commissioner would have to pay a payroll tax of up to 8% of wages. According to data provided by the Kaiser Family Foundation, more than half of small employers with fewer than 200 employees currently fail to meet that standard and thus would be forced to spend even more of their income on health benefits or become subject to the payroll tax.
Half-Million Dollar Penalties for Unintentional Failures. The House Democrats’ bill also imposes on employers who promise to provide government-approved health insurance to their employees, but fail to do so at some point a penalty of $100 per day, per uncovered employee. Small businesses committing an unintentional mistake still could be subject to a penalty of $500,000.
Massive Tax Increases Mean Massive Job Losses. The House Democrats’ bill raises taxes by a total of more than $750 billion over the next decade. Using methodology developed by Christina Romer, President Obama’s top economic advisor, these tax hikes could cost the country 5 million jobs, something this morning’s news shows we can scarcely afford.
“Economic research has shown time and again that mandates such as these are a “one-two punch” where the cost is first borne by the employer, but is ultimately borne by the employee – through job loss and lower wages.” National Federation of Independent Business

What Today’s Election Means
Tuesday, November 3rd, 2009In my opinion…
The real question and really the only question is does Obama’s aggressive liberal agenda get clipped because moderate Democrats get a real taste of how main street America is not only reacting in polls…but at the polls.
In MI we will pick up State Senate seat that has been held by Democrat Mark Schauer since 2002 until his election last year to the US Congress! That’s bodes well for MIGOP in the upcoming reapportionment battle and for the potential GOP challenger to Schauer in 2010.
VA is still a win…it’s just that polling shows us it going to be a win, so some are trying to minimize the impact.
NJ is huge…win or close, this spells trouble for the Democrats.
NY is more symbolic and important for the conservative base in our party. Winning as a conservative vs Republican will have a great impact within the party, more than in DC.
Conservatives can win when they emphasize the right things and don’t allow their message to get co-opted. The Democrats & some of their friends in the media attempt to paint all conservatives as fire breathing cavemen. But Dede Scozzafava was drubbed, not for being a “moderate” Republican, but for not being a Republican at all. McDonnell was an example on how to do it right.
To some extent American voters like checks & balances – they don’t like one party control – and one party dominance even less. This reflects on Obama’s agenda, Congressional Democrats aggressiveness and the apparent “out of touch” and low approval ratings of Congress in general.
Voters are trying to send the White House and Democrats a message that they’re going too far, too fast, for too many special interests, and if they don’t get the message from tonight, voters will have to send them a louder message in 1 year.
A good example is card check. It figured in both the NY and VA races. If the Democrats now go ram through that special interest giveaway, the punishment from voters is going to be brutal.
